Refund policy.
The www . doc – chest . com entitles the user to cancel their membership with a full refund within two (2) working days. After this period of time no refund is possible on the part of www . doc – chest . com to the user.

Medical Data.
The www . doc – chest . com is a medical data storage and management platform. The user can upload and manage in any format ( word , PDF , photo ) his medical examinations, data, x-rays easily and quickly.
Through www . doc – chest . com users can share their medical history with their doctor by giving access through magic link . Access is only valid for as long as the doctor has www . doc – chest . com open.
Circle of trust.
The user can create a Circle of Trust either for himself, or for a relative or friend suffering from a chronic disease (Diabetes, Heart Failure, Congenital Heart Disease, Cancer, etc.) by calling via e – mail invitation the doctor, the coach, the teacher or anyone he considers indirectly or directly involved.
The members of the Circle of Trust can exchange information about the treatment of the disease so all of them to be educated about the chronic disease and its complications. This way, the patient is always in an environment that has knowledge of his real situation, something that contributes to his quality of life to a great extent.
The members of the Circle of Trust know from the doctor the appropriate diet for the patient, what exercise program he can follow, whether he can consume alcohol or certain foods, but above all, everyone in the Circle of Trust is aware of how to deal with an unpleasant condition or adverse effect the patient may have.
Calendar.
Create Calendar Events. Organize appointments with your doctor, keep reminders, exchange information with him. Attention: for all this you need to give access to your doctor through the Circle of trust.
Forum.
Exchange opinions and experiences with other patients through the Forums .
The www . doc – chest . com is not a social networking platform and the user would be wise not to use it in this way.
Corporate packages.

Rules of Operation, Confidentiality and Trust.
www . doc – chest . com manages any personal and medical data of its users in accordance with international laws on personal and medical data and GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Law 4624/2019, Law 2472/1997 as well as Law 3471/2006 in the field of electronic communications ,therefore we don’t have knowledge of the content of the files and profile of each user for which he has the full responsibility.

Any commercial transaction between users via www is prohibited . doc – chest . com such as the sale of goods, indirect and direct advertising of products and services, the sale of medical and commercial services, the promotion of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products , nutritional supplements, medical tools.

The payment of the Membership by the user in no case means consent for any exploitation or use of the personal and medical data that are stored on www . doc – chest . com .
The www . doc – chest . com bears no responsibility for the content of the data that each user uploads to any section of www . doc – chest . com . (Medical Records, Circle of Trust, Calendar, Forums ).
www . doc – chest . com recommends storing and managing only medical data on the platform.
www . doc – chest . com bears no responsibility for any leakage of the medical data of its users:
a) when it comes from misuse of the platform by the user. Misuse is defined as a weak password, reckless access to third parties, reckless exposure of each user’s profile by the user, disclosure by the user of their password through the platform to third parties who have little or no connection to the benefit of the user’s health.
b) when the leak comes from a hacking attack .
c) when the user uses www . doc – chest . com for social reasons.
d) when personal and medical information is disclosed on the Forums .
Each user uploads their medical data at their own risk and is responsible for their storage and management.
Access to the medical data of each user to third parties is given at his own risk and responsibility.
Access to a third party (e.g. doctor, trainer , teacher) is given exclusively by the user and only by sending magic link .
If the user wishes, he can invite other people to create his own Circle of Trust. The invitation is made through www . doc – chest . com using e – mail invites and acceptance takes place only after payment of the invitee’s membership’s fee by the inviting user.
The user can select his guest’s membership package and pay the corresponding fee.
www . doc – chest . com reserves the right to post advertisements under certain terms and conditions.
www . doc – chest . com bears no responsibility for any actions of users that are contrary to the above Terms and Conditions of Operation, Confidentiality and Trust which come from the side of users.
www . doc – chest . com reserves the right to take legal actions against any internal user or external party who:
a) undermines the security of the data stored on www . doc – chest . com
b) does not respect the rules of trust and confidentiality that www . doc – chest . com defines,
c) exposes the security of users’ personal and medical data,
d) endangers and defames www . doc – chest . com with his actions and statements in:
i ) social media ,
ii ) public debates;
iii ) medical conferences,
iv ) closed scientific events,
v ) speeches ,
vi ) television broadcasts,
vii ) all of the above through third parties
e) does not comply with all the above operating rules of www . doc – chest . com in full.
All the above rules and procedures apply to each corporate user too.
