Circle of trust.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The user can create a Circle of Trust either for himself, or for a relative or friend suffering from a chronic disease (Diabetes, Heart Failure, Congenital Heart Disease, Cancer, etc.) by calling via e – mail invitation the doctor, the coach, the teacher  or  anyone he considers indirectly or directly involved.<\/p>\n

The members of the Circle of Trust can exchange information about the treatment of the disease so all of them to be educated about the chronic disease and its complications. This way, the patient is always in an environment that has knowledge of his real situation, something that contributes to his quality of life to a great extent.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The members of the Circle of Trust know from the doctor the appropriate diet for the patient, what exercise program he can follow, whether he can consume alcohol or certain foods, but above all, everyone in the Circle of Trust is aware of how to deal with an unpleasant condition or adverse effect the patient may have.<\/p>\n

Any commercial transaction between users  via www is prohibited <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>such as the sale of goods, indirect and direct advertising of products and services, the sale of medical and commercial services, the promotion of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products , nutritional supplements, medical tools.<\/p>\n

a) when it comes from misuse of the platform by the user. Misuse is defined as a weak password, reckless access to third parties, reckless exposure of each user’s profile by the user, disclosure by the user of  their password  through the platform to third parties who have little or no connection to  the benefit of  the user’s health.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

b) when the leak comes from a hacking attack .<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

c) when the user uses www <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>for social reasons.<\/p>\n

d) when personal and medical information is disclosed on the Forums .<\/p>\n

Each user uploads their medical data at their own risk and is responsible for their storage and management.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Access to the medical data of each user to  third parties  is given  at his own risk and responsibility.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Access to a third party (e.g. doctor, trainer , teacher) is given exclusively by the user and only by sending magic link .<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If the user wishes, he can invite other people to create his own Circle of Trust. The invitation is made through www <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>using e – mail invites and acceptance takes place only after payment of the invitee’s  membership\u2019s  fee by the inviting user.<\/p>\n

The user can select his guest\u2019s membership package and pay the corresponding fee.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

 www <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>reserves the right to post advertisements under certain terms and conditions.<\/p>\n

 www <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>bears no responsibility for any actions of users that are contrary to the above Terms and Conditions of Operation, Confidentiality and Trust which come from the side of users.<\/p>\n

c) exposes the security of users’ personal and medical data,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

d) endangers and defames www <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>with his actions and statements in:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

i ) social media ,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

ii ) public debates;<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

iii ) medical conferences,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

iv ) closed scientific events,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

v ) speeches ,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

vi ) television broadcasts,<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

vii ) all of the above through third parties<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

e) does not comply with all the above operating rules of www <\/a>. <\/a>doc <\/a>– <\/a>chest <\/a>. <\/a>com <\/a>in full.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All the above rules and procedures apply to each corporate user too.<\/p>\n
